Dehydrated Orange Peel: Used for centuries in both Western herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine, orange peel brings a bright, citrusy note to our blends. Traditionally valued for its ability to support digestion, ease bloating, and uplift the senses, it’s as functional as it is flavourful — a zesty reminder of nature’s gentle wisdom.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup in 90°C water.

The steep time is completely personal; there's no hard and fast rule on your own personal taste.

• If you like a milder brew, steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• A little bit stronger brew, steep from 1 minute to 5 minutes.
• If you really like a strong brew, steep for as long as you like!

Feel free to add milk or sweetener to taste.

Remember, the beauty of loose leaf teas is that the blends can be brewed a few times, although they will be weaker each time.
