Good Morning Sunshine

Lemongrass and lemon balm have long featured in European and Asian herbal teas, valued for their bright, citrussy character. Lemon myrtle, native to Australia, is rich in antioxidants and adds a distinctive citrus aroma. Rosehip and dried citrus provide a natural source of Vitamin C and a lovely tang. Cornflowers round out the blend with their vibrant colour, adding a beautiful visual touch to your morning cup.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup in 90°C water.

The steep time is completely personal; there's no hard and fast rule on your own personal taste.

• If you like a milder brew, steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

• A little bit stronger brew, steep from 1 minute to 5 minutes.

• If you really like a strong brew, steep for as long as you like!

Sweeten to taste with honey, lemon or rock sugar.

Remember, the beauty of loose leaf teas is that the blends can be brewed a few times, although they will be weaker each time.
