Harmony Hibiscus

Peppermint and lemon balm bring a soft, soothing character to the blend, while lavender has long been valued in traditional herbal teas for its calming aroma. Hibiscus, naturally rich in antioxidants, gives the brew its vivid ruby colour, complemented by rose for a delicate floral note. Ginger adds gentle warmth, and yerba maté, treasured in South American tradition, brings a smooth, natural lift — together creating a blend that balances vitality with calm.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup in 90°C water.

The steep time is completely personal; there's no hard and fast rule on your own personal taste.

• If you like a milder brew, steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• A little bit stronger brew, steep from 1 minute to 5 minutes.
• If you really like a strong brew, steep for as long as you like!

Sweeten to taste with honey, lemon or rock sugar.

Remember, the beauty of loose leaf teas is that the blends can be brewed a few times, although they will be weaker each time.
