Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup in 100°C water.
The steep time is completely personal; there's no hard and fast rule on your own personal taste.
- If you like a milder brew, steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- A little bit stronger brew, steep from 1 minute to 5 minutes.
- If you really like a strong brew, steep for as long as you like!
