Pure Chamomile

Chamomile has been treasured for thousands of years, particularly in ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman cultures, as a gentle, calming bedtime tea.

• Commonly brewed as a soothing evening ritual.

• Naturally caffeine-free, with a soft, apple-like flavour.

• A traditional favourite for winding down at the end of the day.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup in 100°C water.

The steep time is completely personal; there's no hard and fast rule on your own personal taste.

• If you like a milder brew, steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• A little bit stronger brew, steep from 1 minute to 5 minutes.
• If you really like a strong brew, steep for as long as you like!

Remember, the beauty of loose leaf teas is that the blends can be brewed a few times, although they will be weaker each time.
