White tea is prized for its light flavour and natural antioxidant richness. Passionflower, lavender and chamomile have long featured in Western herbal tea traditions for their soft, soothing character. Damiana, traditionally used in Central and South American cultures, adds a distinctive herbal note. Tulsi (Holy Basil), a revered herb in Ayurvedic tradition, rounds out the blend with warmth and depth — together creating a gentle, grounding cup for daily calm.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup in 75°C water.

The steep time is completely personal; there's no hard and fast rule on your own personal taste.

• If you like a milder brew, steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• A little bit stronger brew, steep from 1 minute to 5 minutes.
• If you really like a strong brew, steep for as long as you like!

Sweeten to taste with honey, lemon or rock sugar.

Remember, the beauty of loose leaf teas is that the blends can be brewed a few times, although they will be weaker each time.
